CAJ also offers a “build-up your credit” program. This program is offered for those of you just starting out with little or no credit, or for those with less than perfect credit. Our guidelines for the “build-up your credit” program are much different than conventional financing. We do review credit scores, but we also consider a couple other factors that a bank or lender would not look at.

To begin the application process please fill out a credit application online or print out the credit application and a reference sheet and bring them by our office at 4301 W 12th St in Sioux Falls.
For an faster application approval, please bring these items, along with your filled out application, to our office:
– Driver’s License or state issued identification card
– Social Security Card
– 2020 W2 forms
– Month’s worth of pay stubs
– Proof of all monthly income that you don’t receive pay stubs for (Child support, alimony, social security, etc)
